Membership is free, but it is not open to everyone. We accept people who share five or more mutual connections with our existing members.
The threshold is deliberate. We put members in front of the people who do the hiring, and we host evenings in London where they meet them properly. That only works if everyone here is someone we would happily introduce to a firm.
A small, well connected community is worth considerably more to the people inside it than a large one. Five mutuals is how we keep it that way.
